Academic excellence among the young is very important for it can make a succesful in life. I believe the key to success in the future is an excellent academic because with education we'll be the master of our own life and goals. With education we can be the greatest in what we want to be in life. Futhermore, we also can achieve and surpass the expectations set for us.
The only way to secure a stable life for yourself is to be well educated and gain knowledge. Imagine a new world other in education, where people don't study but join their business or look for jobs straight from school, with no academic qualification to prove their worth. How would employers choose between them? Academic grades are important because in order to gain good exam grades or a degree, students have to work hard,master demanding skills and learn a great deal of specialist knowledge. the same can be said about academic in Malaysia,where nowadays the government has placed priority in educating the young generation with the increase of funding and more applicable standardzed testing system.
Here I'll give you an example; if a peson decides to become a medical doctor, he or she is almost guarentedd a successful in life. This because whether the country is at war or in an economic crisis or the prosperous; a doctor is bound to have work that can generate income to live a comfortable life. However,if a different profession is chosen such as business ,there are too many variables for a guarenteed successful life even with a bussiness degree.
